If you're not averse to teaming up, Franklyn Richards is good here.

Screws up him mobilize.

This is neat, and looks fairly consistent.

Do you have any ways of stopping stun backs? I can't see any, but I don't know legionnaires too well.

I've been messing with a Legionnaires build recently as well... I like the DCX Too Ordinary to stop breakthrough, keep the opponent's character exhausted, and use all the cosmic counters that have accumulated on characters.

I have a Legionnaires deck teamed with Inhumans for access to Franklin which works rather well though I haven't played it since before dcl came out. I'd suggest Foiled Assassination which works quite well with Jazmin. Also, give some consideration to Saturn Girl and Timber Wolf. Granted you're not fully swarming but Timber Wolf can be quite handy against off curve on your initiative. I find Saturn Girl to be awesome but people on the realms just seem to prefer Wildfire. I'm not too sure about the Flight Ring, it might just be better to go with Foiled Assassination or another pump such as Combat Reflexes which someone already suggested as all Legionnaires (except RJ Brande) have flight. Lastly, I really dislike Ultra Boy and would consider swapping him with Lightning Lad (granted the Legionnaires don't have any great 5 drops).

I really like the idea of the deck and you could 'prolly pick up all the cards (minus Mobilize) very cheap.

The ring is there because it's a permanent +2 pump on XS.

Wildfire has a base ATK of 8, which is why I picked him over Saturn Girl, as they basically do the same thing at different times. Also, Saturn Girl's cost can't always be met.

Foiled Assassination is more for a swarm build, which I really tried not to show here.

I like Ultra Boy over Live Wire because Live Wire surges and Ultra Boy gets his counter up front, which, in some cases, is neccessary.

I'll be testing the Tuning Fork. SCP doesnt work when swinging directly so I'm doubting if I'd actually need it.

Deck looks good, Maybe a few Star Boys to replenish your cosmic.
