What's up with the hate on the MWS server? I have a game labeled casual and you fire up "no noobs like obsidian"? Nice...

Then you come into my game and call me a jackass. I was under the impression that we had a pretty good community here, but this kind of thing is pretty lame man. If you have an issue with me, let's have it out. As far as I know I've never done anything to you.

That would most likely be a griefer known as Morlock/Immortality/Requiem. He likes to change his name to other people, call any other Vs. player he sees a noob in his game title, and is an all around dumbass. I recommend ignoring him. ;)

He's a jerk; there are a fair # of those on MWS sadly; there used to be a few in the WOW game as well. Best you can do is ignore him, and hope he doesn't take your name. Immortality and Requium are the names he goes by when he's not cloning others.

He also uses LoneK.....that guy is a douchebag.....it's not flashback if you see flashback has another thread warning people about him.

What chaps my hide is that him and I talked it out not a week ago, and he seemed apologetic, but now I see he falls back to his old ways.

I'm not going to change my name on there, but I will say that I will never use the word "newb" or "noob" in any game I play. If you're playing against "me" and I drop the n-bomb, then just quit, 'cause it's obviously a pathetic copycat who can't get an opponent without pretending to be someone else.

Also, I will NEVER play MKKO (his favorite netdeck), so if Black Cat or Punisher hits the field, you can drop then too. Heck, I've got MSN/Yahoo/AIM running all the time. If you see me in the server, toss a message my way on any of those chat programs (names are in my profile),and I will reply confirming that it's me.

Don't let this one guy sour your experience of playing on MWS. Not you Obsidian, or anyone else. The game survives with programs like MWS allowing the casual player to enjoy paying against opponents they may never meet in real life. If you have to work around one bad apple to enjoy the entire dish, so be it.

He's imitating John Stewart (morpheus here on the realms) now as well. He's doing it badly.

I've officially entered Cold War levels with him and we're... "playing" as I type. I'd hope that he eventually gets the point.

Just a note. It's highly likely he'll start imitating me so I'll be going by KaleeshWarrior from now on instead of Grievous. My join note will always have a number in it for further verification. Hopefully we can eventually get this guy to knock it off.

lulz. Yeah, I'm not sure how but I figured that you were VViTiT at some point. I think you had posted a deck list once and I had just gotten done playing you on MWS or something so I could put two and two together.

"Mimic" update: Currently doing a horrific John Stewart impression. It's making me laugh my ### off considering how pleasant morpheus is to play online.

EDIT: *sigh* It's gotten to the point where he has three mimics inplay at a time in order to make you trust one of them. This sucks. This guy is very nearly ruining MWS.

Oh. And he plays Avengers Rally nowadays, not MKKO ;).

Yeah he does play ARR i played him once he called me a noob after the game.

Either way, it is a bad turn, but just play through it. Most of us have contact names on MSN/Yahoo/AIM listed in our profiles. Best shot is to message the person he's mimicking, to see if it's the real deal or phony baloney.

Ya know, the least the guy could do is engage in witty banter in the room join notes. Instead, he just complains about noobs *sigh*

EDIT: He's impersonating me as we speak. I have a feeling this guy is on the realms as well since he's using TDB and trying to copy his typing style as well. You can tell it's not me when he uses brackets and caps ;)
