my opp has a face down bottemless trap hole and say i get dad or brionac and he bottems them can i get priority for them

You can use Brionac or Dark Armed Dragon's effect with priority before your opponent can chain Bottomless Trap Hole.

If a card has an Ignition Effect, you can declare priority to activate their effect (not just Effect Monsters) when a monster is Normal, Flip, or Special Summoned.

So you could declare priority to activate the effect of Ultimate Offering if you Summon a Normal Monster for instance.
