Another one of my brothers original creations. It's rather annoying how he's able to make plausible decks on a whim. I've tried to shave the deck to at least 41, but I've only been able to get him to drop one card (making it 42), otherwise, it's beastly. I'm amazed at the consistency that the Micro-Cells give: if he's not setting up for BLS,a Synchro, or whatever, he can just beat the crap out of an opponent with the AAs and Rhinos until he gets the setup(unless they don't survive the beating).
