Best of luck! Those, based on my research, are harder to come by than the Sinister Horsemen.

I opened many Uprising boosters, and didn't get a shard. Somewhere I heard about a ratio of 1 shard per 24.000 boosters, (not sure if this is true).

I saw something like that number for the shards (I am in the US so, I am thinking you are meaning twentyfour thousand, right?). The numbers I saw were 1 per sixteen thousand boosters for the horsemen. If those numbers are correct, it would mean that the shards were more rare.

So you got the set of shards? Congrats! Are they made of hard-plastic, or the softer material like the miniatures? Are they ornamented on the backside?

I really wonder how much of the shards have been already discovered (and maybe have been sent back to Wizkids in exchange for factory sets). I only found a note, that a Mr. Hideo Nakajima of Tokyo found a shard and sent it to Wizkids.

Yep! I got the set. From what I know, it is the only complete set. They are a hard resin. The backs are unpainted if I remember correctly. I will have to check. They are stored in a safe place along with my Sinister War and the Atlantean pendant that is one-of-a-kind. They are very intricate. I will have to find my posts with the links to the images and send them to you as soon as I get a chance.
