Plays great with the rest of the OP kit. Plop him in front of Kyle Rayner for his 18 Defend, Kyle shoots through him, and two out of three turns John can use Barrier for free to create a shield around them AND give them ESD.

This piece could be useful... but it is very situational to play. Start with a TK, then come out turn 2 so you can make your barriers. You'll have two turns worth of barriers, at which point you could just POWER out some barriers if you want... but am I willing to spend 75 points on that? Green Lantern of Gotham accomplishes this so much better, admittedly with 30 more points. The restrictive use of this piece makes me feel it's overcosted, which is really a shame. Jon Stewart gets such bad pieces, but he's my favorite GL.

Duffy Lewis--I mean, he has Running Shot at 9 speed with 11AV, 3 damage, and EIGHT range. He's only 75 points...

I meant that I wish that his PS and RCE were upfront, instead of at the end of his dial.

I would still rather have the TK and Leadership. Helps setup the alpha strike. He can turn more offensive later in the game.
