(Improved) Movement: Improved Movement: Ignores blocking terrain and destroys blocking terrain as the character moves through it.
(Special) Flying Debris: When Colossus uses Charge, after resolutions deal 1 penetrating damage to each opposing character that's adjacent to one or more debris markers he created this turn.
(Damage) Colossal Retaliation: Now, You Face Wrath: FREE: If no friendly character has been placed this turn, choose an opposing character that attacked Colossus or damaged a friendly character since your last turn. If that character is within the same row or column as Colossus, place Colossus adjacent to that character and make a close combat attack targeting all characters in the rows or columns between where Colossus began this action and his current square, regardless of adjacency. Hit characters are each dealt 2 penetrating damage instead of normal damage.
So I just pulled this guy and for one his improved movement isn't even on his card but also his attack that "deals 1 penetrating damage to each opposing character that's adjacent to one or more debris markers he created this turn." It doesn't really say how he creates debris tokens. Does every piece of blocking terrain he goes through and destroys create a debris token?
When you destroy blocking terrain you place a debris marker, yes.

So he charges, he moves through a square of blocking terrain and destroys that terrain.
You place a debris token in that square and anyone adjacent to that marker takes 1 penetrating damage after you resolve the charge.
More specifically, the IM: destroy says:
This character can move through Blocking terrain.
Immediately after movement resolves, destroy all
Blocking terrain moved through.
Assuming he has that (which should be on the circle around his picture on the card if he has it), it happens after the movement has resolved
-Heroclix is not a game of logic, it's a game of strategy .... after all, when's the last time that you saw a giant (using a stealth ability) that was hiding behind a swingset... and nobody could SEE him????
And just to clarify, breaking the blocking doesn't occur until movement ends, at which point all pieces of blocking are broken simultaneously. This also means you can not end movement in one of the squares of blocking that he 'will' break.

You destroy the terrain when it is moved through, but the damage is not dealt until after resolution of the charge, which includes the attack if there is one.
