If you are a lucky individual like me and posses this rare and powerful figure from the clobbering time LE set, and when the set retirement for CT goes into effect, will he still be legal to use in restricted tournies?....

Perhaps this post by DrGandalf from the Wizkids forum should have been brought over here:
"Since many people have questions about the status of figure retirement in "restricted" tournaments, I've created this sticky post with all the current facts.
Facts:
All (non-promotional) HeroClix figures are currently legal for tournament play.
WizKids will continue to support Unrestricted events, in which players can use any figure, regardless of expansion. In addition, Unrestricted events will always be a part of venue-supported play.
The minimum tournament life of any given set will generally be about two and a half years for a base set and two years for an expansion.
WizKids will have a process in place to identify which figures are "retired" (not usable in "restricted" tournament play) in a very clear manner.
That's the official word. More information on figures being retired from "restricted" tournaments will be released when it's available."

Actually, I did. The fact is we don't know anything about how retirement will be done for Heroclix and as DrGandalf posted:
"WizKids will have a process in place to identify which figures are "retired" (not usable in "restricted" tournament play) in a very clear manner."
What webhead817 believes or not doesn't really answer your question as nobody really knows yet.
