FF TA vs Pulse Wave

Hi all,

one question:

if I pulse wave and KO one of my opponent´s figure, can he still use the FF Team Ability? I mean does FF TA take effect BEFORE or AFTER pulse wave action???

The FF Team Ability of the character being KOd is ignored for the entire attack so FF members will not get the click of healing.
