Actually, I think Exploit Weakness and Steal Energy would work together. Steal Energy is an attack power and I believe the write-up said Exploit Weakness is a damage power. Also, they've already confirmed with Magog that Exploit Weakness will work with Super Strength (an attack power).

Exploit Weakness requires a close combat action and has you make a close combat attack. Steal Energy works when damage is taken from a close combat attack.

Yes, Exploit Weakness and BCF could work together. Exploit Weakness requires giving the character a close combat action, BCF can be used when the character is given a close combat action (but does not need it's own close combat action). So a character may be given a close combat action to activate EW and use BCF to determine the damage dealt by the attack.

This could be a nice way to indicate a character who has some sort of magic sword that could cut through anything.

Hmmm... I wonder if KC Wonder Woman has this combination for her magic sword. It cut Superman after all. Then again, any BCF in this game can cut Superman though...
