I have a Jean Grey adjacent to the enemy non-flyer. And a object is adjacent to my Jean.
Can I use the option 3 of TK to attack the object on the enemy ? (because its a Range Attack and i´m adjacent to the enemy , and I´m not a Flyer and the enemy is not a flyer too)
Why I post this question ?
Because in the FAQ i found this..
"A character may therefore use Telekinesis to attack a stealthed character, using the object in the stealthed
character’s square."
Let´s explain where I want to reach ....To do this attack , the character MUST be adjacent to the object , but is adjacent to enemy too !!
I think , the FAQ my change the words , to
"A FLYING character may therefore use Telekinesis to attack a stealthed character, using the object in the stealthed
character’s square."
because the non-flyers can´t do this ...
But in my opnion... The Jean can´t do the attack , using the option 3 in tk , to a adjacent enemy non-flyer.
Rulebook, Objects and Telekinesis
The character can target an adjacent opposing character, an opposing character up to 10 squares away, or an opposing soaring character up to 5 squares away.
The rulebook's TK section is what first establishes that Jean can make the attack. That FAQ entry is a correct extrapolation from this quote, and the specific LoF rules of TK.
Page 18 of the rulebook under "Objects and Telekinesis" -- "Attacking with an Object":
"The character can target an adjacent opposing character, an opposing character up to 10 squares away, or an opposing soaring character up to 5 squares away."
TK allows you to attack an adjacent opponent so yes, Jean Grey can use her TK attack to hit an adjacent opponent (flier or non-flier).
