probability control when carried? optional powers turn back on?
Can i use probabiltiy control after i carried that figure (PC isn't a free action)?
I heard if you turn off an optinal power (eg stealth) in your turn it doesn't turn back on till th ebeginnnig of your next turn, After some research i have to disagree heres why
TURNS AND ACTIONS
HeroClix is played in a series of turns . The first player takes the first turn. The player to the left takes the next turnand so on,
While at the super power section it says:
If a super power is described as optional, it is assumed that the character is using that power unless the player controlling that character states that the power is being canceled. The owning player may cancel the effect at any time, in which case it is canceled until the end of the current turn. At the beginning of the next turn, it is assumed to be in effect again.
In light of this neew evidence not only was my above idea true but you should be able to turn of toughness during one of your opponets turns and have it back before your next opponet goes, So is this correct?

PC isn't any kind of action. Since the only restriction is you can't give a non-free action to a character that has been carried, PC is ok.

I don't know where you heard that but it was wrong (edit: in other words, I'm agreeing with you). As you say, an optional power that has been turned off remains off only until the end of the current turn. So turning off stealth during your turn only opens you up to PCers and it comes back on at the end of your turn.
Toughness on the otherhand is not an optional power and can not be turned off.
