a couple barrier questions.

If a barrier is made on the ground by a grounded charater Does a barrier block lof from elevated characters?

also the rules sy barriers can be flown over can they also be leap/climbed over?

My understanding is:
1.Nope

2.Yup

The barrier acts as blocking terrain. It can be moved over with leap climb. It aslo does not block LOS to elevated characters.
ex: You place barrier around iceman on the ground. He can be fired upon by an elevated character. Or he can fire on an elevated character

Elevated attackers ignore ONLY the blocking terrain that is in the square they occupy. Any other Blocking Terrain (such as Barrier) will block LOF from an elevated attacker to a grounded target, and vice versa.
