Mystics: When this character takes damage from an attack, it deals 1 damage to the attacker. This damage may not be evaded or reduced.
Pushing damage is not directly from an attack. Instead, it is the result of being given a token. As such, the pushing damage is not directly from the attack, and does not activate the Mystics TA.

General HC FAQs (effective 4-1):
• When using Telekinesis to move an object into a square occupied by a character, that character does not block line of fire to that square.
This is a clarification, not a rule change. However, it is not official until 4-1.
Originally posted by hourman When you incapacitate (pushing) a Mystic character, does the incapacitator take damage?
Can you TK an object to the same square (beneath) as another figure? This may be useful to slow someone charging in at you.
Thanks.
1. No. The Mystic takes damage from the push, not from the attack. This is one of the only few ways of not taking retaliation, including pulse wave and mind controlling someone else to hit them.
2. Yes. The target square and anything in it does not block line of sight to that square (kind of like how the target square on a rooftop does block line of sight)
