I'm sure some of these have been asked before, but it's really hard to find all of them in the other posts, so I figured one more asking things couldn't hurt too badly. ^_^
Anyway, I'm wondering about combinations of powers. Specifically, Charge, Running Shot, Flurry, and Hypersonic Speed with certain other powers.
So on to the questions... Please correct me if I'm wrong on any of these.
Does Charge work with...
...Super Strength? Yes.
...Blades/Claws/Fangs? Yes.
...Incapacitate?
...Steal Energy?
...Close Combat Expert? No.
...Exploit Weakness? Yes.
...Quake?
...Telekinesis (the pick up and throw a character part)?
Does Running Shot work with...
...Super Strength (throwing an object)?
...Incapacitate?
...Energy Explosion?
...Pulse Wave?
...Telekinesis (end running shot next to an object and toss it)?
...Psychic Blast?
...Ranged Combat Expert? No.
...Enhancement (end movement part next to someone with Enhancement)?
Does Flurry work with...
...Super Strength? Yes, but object is destroyed on first attack.
...Blades/Claws/Fangs? Yes.
...Incapacitate? No.
...Steal Energy? If so, does it trigger twice?
...Close Combat Expert?
...Exploit Weakness? Yes.
...Quake?
...Telekinesis (the pick up and throw a character part)?
Does Hypersonic Speed (move/attack/move portion) work with...
...Super Strength?
...Blades/Claws/Fangs?
...Incapacitate?
...Steal Energy?
...Close Combat Expert?
...Exploit Weakness?
...Quake?
...Telekinesis (the pick up and throw a character part)?
...Telekinesis (stop next to an object and toss it)?
...Energy Explosion?
...Pulse Wave?
...Psychic Blast?
...Ranged Combat Expert?
...Enhancement (end movement part next to someone with Enhancement)?
Does Hypersonic Speed (multiple attacks) work with...
...Super Strength? Yes, but extra damage from object only counts once.
...Steal Energy?
...Close Combat Expert?
...Exploit Weakness?
And finally...
When a character has Impervious and you use Exploit Weakness or Psychic Blast against them, do they still get the roll for no damage? Since EW and PB only ignore damage-reducing powers and Impervious only actually reduces the damage if that roll fails.
Phwew. That was long. Thanks for your patience, all who answer me here.

...Steal Energy? If so, does it trigger twice?Yes, and Yes.
...Close Combat Expert?No.
...Exploit Weakness?No.
...Quake?No.
...Telekinesis (the pick up and throw a character part)? No.
Does Hypersonic Speed (move/attack/move portion) work with...
...Super Strength?Close combat ONLY.
...Blades/Claws/Fangs?No.
...Incapacitate?No.
...Steal Energy?Yes.
...Close Combat Expert?No.
...Exploit Weakness?No.
...Quake?No.
...Telekinesis (the pick up and throw a character part)? No.

...Energy Explosion?No.
...Pulse Wave?No.
...Psychic Blast?No.
...Ranged Combat Expert?No.
...Enhancement (end movement part next to someone with Enhancement)? Not exactly. If a HSS character ends his movement, he cannot attack. However, if he is adjacent when he pauses to attack, the Yes, he can be boosted with Enhancement.
Does Hypersonic Speed (multiple attacks) work with...
...Super Strength? Yes, but extra damage from object only counts once.
...Steal Energy?Yes, but only counts if damage is taken by the target at the end (only counts once, no matter how many attacks hit).
...Close Combat Expert?No.
...Exploit Weakness?No.
And finally...
When a character has Impervious and you use Exploit Weakness or Psychic Blast against them, do they still get the roll for no damage? Since EW and PB only ignore damage-reducing powers and Impervious only actually reduces the damage if that roll fails.
In the new rules, Impervious always reduces damage. If you succeed in the die roll, damage is reduced to 0. If the roll fails, damage is reduced by 2. So PB and EW ignore ALL aspects of Impervious.

If you have any more specific questions on the combos, feal free to ask me to elaborate.
Using an object as a part of close combat is mandatory---when you make a close combat attack, the object is used.
Using an object as ranged combat is not as easy---you must assign the figure a ranged combat action in order to throw.
The first is used with an existing attack, and so works fine with HSS, but the second requires an entire action assignment, which HSS does not provide.
One correction, though, PL---as Running Shot provides a free ranged combat action, you actually can use it to throw an object.
Indeed. I don't see why an object can't be thrown with RS or HSS. While we're at it, I don't see why b/c/f is incompatible with HSS. B/c/f doesn't require an action or anything. It's just an optional effect to alter the damage of an attack.
EDIT: Guess the RS and HSS questions were answered while I typing.

Great Scott! I've been doing this for over 10 years?!
I'm a little confused. Why wouldn't exploit weakness or quake work with hypersonic speed when they work with charge and running shot? Is it something in the wording of the powers?
Thanks. This was a helpful thread.

D'oh! Typing too fast. My bad, and sorry to any confusion that caused...
GB: BCF does, indirectly, require an action to be given. Specifically, you can only use BCF when a Close Combat Action is used (but BCF is not, in itself, a Close Combat Action). With HSS (Option 1 or 2, doesn't matter), a Close Combat Action is not given. Instead, a Move (option 1) or Power (option 2) Action is given. Since a Close Combat Action is never given, BCF could not be used with HSS.
quoyle: EW and Quake are both Close Combat Actions. HSS does not allow for Close Combat Actions, only attacks. Since you cannot give that figure a Close Combat Action when you have already given them another action for HSS, they cannot be used.
Neither EW or Quake cannot be used with RS since they are Close Combat Actions, and RS only allows Ranged Combat Actions.
If two opposing figures with Plasticity are basing each other, what do they need to break away? Which part of the Plasticity (opponents only break on 6, figure only fails on 1) parts takes precedence?
Indy PAC:
PLASTICITY (optional): This character succeeds on break away rolls on results of 2–6. Opposing characters that have to roll to break away from a character with Plasticity must roll a 6 to break away. If opposing characters with Plasticity are adjacent, they use normal break away rules to break away from each other.
