I wanted to get some clarification on a ruling. Recently LE Annihilus Pulse Waved some Crossgen types and I ruled that there was no retaliation click since Pulse Wave ignores Powers and T/As in range. There was some dispute over this because folks felt that the retaliation click happens after the attack, and shouldn't be ignored. Did I call this right? Pulse Wave doesn't trigger Mystics/Crossgen does it?

This is not in the FAQ. The PAC description of pulse wave isoptional): Give this character a ranged combat action. Reduce its range value
by half. Draw lines of fire to every character (friendly and opposing) within range in every direction.
This attack ignores all team abilities and powers and abilities characters within range have.
These lines of fire are not blocked by character bases, but are affected normally by terrain. If clear
lines of fire can be drawn to two or more characters, this character’s damage value becomes 1 for
this attack; otherwise, use this character’s normal damage value. Compare the attack roll to the
defense value of each character in range; each hit character is dealt damage.

Pulse-Wave 'ignores' all powers and TA's.

That means it acts like it's not even there. For Batman TA, it's like he's not in Stealth.

For Impervious, it's like he no longer has it.

For Mystic - it doesn't trigger it.
