Ok, here's the question.
When I'm adyacent to an oponent figure, and I try to break away to make a Charge but fail, Can I still make the charge attack to the adyacent figure? I ask this because you already gave the character a move action, even if it didn't break away.

Well, Charge is: move then attack.

If you can't move, then you can't Charge. So the rule is no, if you fail the breakaway role, you're stuck doing nothing.

Your entire action immediately ends. You do not get to attack.
