Haven't played the new powers yet but I needed a clarification on Quake.

When it says all characters that take damage suffer knockback - does that mean have their dial clicked or just hit?

For example - if Magog uses quake on an adj opp fig who has INV (where damage taken is reduced by 2) does the opp fig still suffer knockback?

Also, if you roll 12 on a quake attack does damage go to 3 for all characters hit?

I would rule that if the damage was negated/reduced to 0 that there would be no knockback

No Damage = No Knockback

Dial clicked, just like with any other attack. Critical hits cause +1 to damage just as always.

What if the character has Charge which states it ignores knockback? Does the Quake ruling overpower the charge ruling?

I would think that first the Quake casues the Knockback then the Charge cancels the Knockback.

That's a good question.

I would say no. Charge specifically says, 'This character is immune to knockback'.

And even though Quake says 'All figs that are damaged...' it does not say anything that negates Charge (like ignores Chrage, or all powers, etc).

Vision is correct. No knockback for Charge figures unless they also have Combat Reflexes, and choose to be knocked back on purpose.
