Can galactus see over the barriers?

Does the rule for LOS still apply to galactus. I mean when he makes an attack and there is hindering terrein in between do I add +1 to the defense of my characters and vice versa.

In the Scenario rules - Galactus can see over Blocking Terrain.

In the Force rules - he cannot.

I believe, on outdoor maps, hindering terrain and figure bases are ignored to and from Galactus (as it is for Sentinels and Sinestro).

from what I know you still add +1 to the siniestro if the LOS goes thru hindering. What I want to know is if it is the same with Galactus?

Force rules-Yes.

Scenario rules-No.
