Can Enhancement be used in conjunction with Incapacitate? I'm guessing the answer is 'no', but it does not specifically say so in the rules. Incapacitate merely says that damage is reduced to 0, not that it can't be risen from there. Any help?

The answer is 'yes'. Incap does 0 (Zero) damage. Zero is a number that can be added or subtracted from.
Enhancement does not work with Mind Control. That does no damage. No is not a number.

So you can add +1 due to Enhancement to an Incap. However, the Enhanced damage can be reduced by Toughness or more. If you force a Push, that can NOT be reduced. So, give an unreduced char a Push using Incap+Enhance and that's 2 points.

Enhanced damage can be reduced. Push damage can not.
