OK, using my titans last night and my Cyborg was adjacent to two of my opponents figures, one a flying figure, one not. Now my question is can Cyborb use pulse wave on both of them or only the flyer ?

And if I can only shoot the flyer does my damage become 1 because theres more than 1 figure in my range, even though I cant blast the non flyer, or can I use Cyborgs base damage ?


Also can I use Pulse Wave with Ranged combat expert ? The new Phoenix has both, I doubt I can, but it never hurts to ask.

Neither. He can't use Pulse Wave in this situation. PW is a ranged combat action, and a grounded figure (Cyborg) cannot make a ranged combat attack when adjacent to an opposing gounded figure (whomever it was).
