If i am using vetran Anihilus to attack three targets and i use Psylocke to enhance the damage

do i do 2 damage to each of the three targets?
if i have a shield agent ( but not psylocke)next to Anihilus will i do 2 damage to each figure?

when i read the new rules it seems to say that the enhancement taqkes place before the damage is split. i want to make sure i am playing right.

Enhancement and SHIELD do indeed add to the damage value before the damage is split.

So, when Anni performs his attack with either a SHIELD member or Enhancer adjacent, his damage value is increased to 4. Then, that 4 damage is split among the targets hit by the attack.

So, with 3 targets hit, you could split the damage in any of these ways:
4-0-0
3-1-0
2-2-0
2-1-1
and....that's pretty much it.
