Save the Big Guy:

TVK and I played. He had AW Cap, Winter Soldier, US Agent and V War Machine. I had an Avengers team led by IC E Cap, E Hercules, E Black Knight, V CT Hawkeye, R IC Scarlet Witch, LE Antman, E Universe Wasp and E Black Panther.

I easily freed Hercules with an arrow from Hawkeye and Cap took up guard keeping War Machine securely locked down. His three brawlers were in a tight group and I charged in with BK, Antman, Herc, with Hawkeye, Panther and Wanda in support. It was a slugfest, but finally My Cap took down his Cap and Hawkeye saved Hercules and took out US Agent.

I had forgotten DeGei's ruling that the Big Guy would be released if everyone else was KO'd and I was in for some serious trouble as I did not plan on that and it looked grim.

First Black Panther went down. Then Cap went back to face War Machine. He took a bloody hit. This gave time for Hercules, Hawkeye and the Witch to take positions. Cap managed to breakaway while hawkeye got a hit on that 18 DV with Contingency Plan. Cap then pushed to his Outwit clicks and Hawkeye hit again. But that put Warmachine on his Pulsewave clicks
Wanda managed to escape and Herc was blown away and Cap sorely wounded. Not sure If Cap should throw himself on War Machine to give Clint another shot, he hesitated. War Machine was behind an Object and sent a shot at the Marksman only to roll a crit miss!!...Then Hawkeye rolled an 11 with RCE and it was over.

WoW! what an incredible game. TVK started out strong, I battled back. It looked over for him, then War Machine was freed and it looked over for me. I got some lucky rolls and It looked bad for him, then it looked like he had it unless I rolled super high, he got the crit miss and I did roll super high. A very back and forth game!

Superclone and I fought a game for Round 2 : Secret Invasions.

I think he made 2 skrull rolls and no Super Senses rolls all game...just plain bad luck!

Anyways.Green Arrow led his JL team vs Mags and his Brotherhood. Destiny owned Plastic Man between Super Senses, PC and The Skrull Team Ability. That kinda summed up the game.

He played well and was a good sport despite the dice!

DeGei and I played a 300 point match....Sidekick.

He had Green Arrow and pals....and I had Cap/Falcon, Hawkeye/Mockingbird and Antman/Wasp. It started out a brawl..Green Arrow never go a single ranged attack off the whole game...he was based the whole time. My guys slowly got picked off as Hawkeye wounded his guys. But then Cap got nailed and only Antman's high DV was saving me from his all around high dv's with willpower. At the end we played about a 30 round of his guys trying to roll a crit hit or antman.....finally Ollie batted the ant over the side of the building and it was over!!

fatherson's Wolvie+Cap+ Fury and SHIELD went to bat vs my Brotherhood of Evil Mutants with their own cloned evil wolverine!!!

Wow...talk about some misfortunate rolls for fatherson!....2 Crit misses and horrible breakaway rolls lent the upper hand to me. Finally Cap on his last sweet click was making Blob, Pyro and Destiny look like the carny freaks they were before Cap finally got burned!
