DeGei started by moving all his pieces into position, leaving Wolverine in striking distance for King Hyperion's 12 movement and HSS. Unfortunately King's shot was more prince-like and missed a 11 vs 17 match up. DeGei's Wolverine charged in, missing initially but hitting after a time altered second chance created by Goblin Queen's probability. King Hyperion then proceeded to miss his impervious roll, making it evident that the dice gods were not going to smile upon him during the battle. Wild Cat moved in on the King H's Wolverine, whom was carried forward in the inital attack. The afore mentioned Wolverine took a bladed swipe at Wild Cat to no avail, while Vampire Lackey moved in on the Goblin Queen. DeGei's Wolverine slices thru King H's invulnerability for more damage, while the Goblin Queen waited and Wild Cat missed. King H pushes the fight only to miss again, twice, with the help of a probability change of a pushed 'brute' Wolverine. In the rear of the force Vampire Lackey pushes the fight on Goblin Queen to also miss. A quick swipe from Goblin Queen knocks the souless vampire to oblivion, while a strong hit from Wild Cat does the same to Wolverine. An exhausted King H has to pause, leaving himself open for the final barrage of the entire DeGei team and his demise.
