Powers and Abilities Questions

I just wondered about a few things with powers and abilities. I saw that you cant use ranged combat expert and psychic blast together. So I assume you cant use exploit weakness and blades, claw, fangs together as well. So can you use charge with exploit weakness and running shot with pschic blast. Or charge with blades, claws, fangs and running shot with ranged combat expert. And also, if you fail to roll break away does that count as an action or can you still attack? You can use Charge and Exploit Weakness and Blades/Claws/Fangs, or Running Shot and Psychic Blast, but not Running Shot and Ranged Combat Expert. This thread explains all this pretty well : once you know how to read the powers wording properly, you can determine what works with what pretty easily.
And if you fail your break away roll, the action's over, you can't attack instead. (you'll get better and more informed answers if you post this kind of questions in the "Rules of Combat" forum) |
