Numberwise, Lackey is superior or equal to Puppet Master in every way. Therefore, PM's dial would be less than 9 points with the MC removed. Therefore the cost of four clicks of MC is AT LEAST 17. Would those clicks cost less if they did not encompass his full dial?

Lackey is also equal to or superior to Hatter in all numbers. Therefore, Hatter's dial would cost less than 9 points with the MC removed. Therefore Hatter's MC must be worth at least 18 points.

If four clicks of MC > 18 for Hatter then it must be so for Master (assuming that MC doesn't increase in point cost relative to the MCers attack value...which it really should).

Interestingly...without the MC, Hatter's dial should cost 1 point more than Masters.

Hatter is worth less w/o MC than Lackey...could he be 8 points? That would make Masters 7 points...or equal to this:
