Same Rank, Same TA

A few weeks ago one of our venues started an interesting concept: Each week all figures had to share the same TA, with an additional requirement:

Week 1: Rookies only (200 points)
Week 2: Experienced only (300 points, 50 points max in feats)
Week 3: Vet only (400 points, 75 points max in feats)
Week 4: LE/Unique only (500 points, 100 points max in feats)

(Wildcards could only be used if you kept the same team week-to-week, starting week 2)

My first team was Teen Titans:

Rookie Starfire (+ICWO) (+Trick Shot) (+Fortitude)67 +10 +20 +25
Rookie Raven (+ICWO) (+Auto Regen) (+passenger)50 +10 +12 +6

The team did very well, and almost won...until I faced a nearly identical team....he made his regen and support rolls, and I did not
