Back Again

So I tried to quit Heroclix again and went back to VS, only to come back to Clix. VS is a good game but it just doesn't have the superhero feel that Heroclix does. I also thought that it was going to be a cheaper game, and while boosters are cheaper it can be more expensive than Heroclix to make a team that you want, since the sets are so big it can take a lot of packs to assemble say...a Green Lantern or Marvel Knights team.

With uniques becoming easier to come by the singles prices aren't as bad as they used to be, which makes collecting Heroclix better. I'm not a fan of the collector's sets and Buy it By the Brick stuff, because I was hoping giants would remain a part of regular expansions. But other than that Wizkids has seemingly improved things.

Another fun game that I've found is the City of Heroes CCG. That game, like Heroclix, does a good job of simulating a superhero battle.
