Hills Wholsesale Gaming, Be warned

I purchased 2 heroclix booster bricks, 1 Deadpool and 1 Amazing Spiderman, on January 31, 2015. I purchased insurance on the package and it took them a week+, many days after their 5 day expectancy, only due to me calling to get them to ship it. I then moved and UPS "sent" my package to a Salvation Army in Mississippi, without a call to me or any means of verification. In which, I contacted UPS and had them investigate it, TWICE, for them to tell me to contact my wholesaler so I did. I contacted Hills on March 24, 2015 about the wrongful delivery and informed them that UPS is requiring them to submit a lost package request. It is now May 21,2015 with no reply from Hills about when or what is going on with my package or to return me the $175 that I paid for nothing to come. I have even reported this to the BBB, who doesn't accredit Hills at this point in time (and for apparent reasons). So my warning is to be careful from buying from Hills Wholesale Gaming, because even if you have insurance on the package, you won't get it if it isn't delivered to you properly and they won't respond to what is going on with the problem.
