Testing a HorrorClix dial

I'm testing the dial generator for the HorrorClix dial to the Dire Werewolf. While most HorrorClix are well below today's game, this one might be still worth playing, if the other players allow it.
Hrc-093 Dire Werewolf
Cabal: Wolf Brothers
Range: 0
Points: 100
Keywords: Beast, Werewolf
HorrorClix TA: When Dire Werewolf hits an opponent, place a Blooded Token on his card. Remove 1 Blooded Token when clearing. If the opponent has two tokens Damage can't be reduced below 1. This can't be countered or ignored.
Blooded: If there is a Blooded Token on Dire Werewolf's card Dire Werewolf has Willpower, Battle Fury, and can Charge at full move value with damage 1.
Twist +1: Dire Werewolf can use Probability Control once per game.
Cabal Power - Pack Tactics: +1 attack for each friendly member of your cabal adjacent to opposing target.
Grave: When Dire Werewolf KOs an opponent, turn its dial to the green starting line.
Change: Shape Change. When Dire Werewolf does damage to an opponent, you may turn its dial to the red starting line.
Intimidate
Invulnerable
The trick is figuring out the best way to represent the Blooded mechanic, which requires victims, something HeroClix doesn't have. But the Amazon Tokens from the Wonder Woman set, the Speed Tokens from the Flash set, and the many other token mechanics, it seems like it can easily be worked out.
The next bit of trouble is figuring out if the power is represented well. In HorrorClix the victim tokens remain on the monster's card and once Blooded, the monster stays that way. Does this over power the figure? Everything else about being blooded is accurate: Willpower (doesn't take damage for pushing), Battle Fury (Ignores Shape Change, can't be Mind Controlled, no range), full movement Charge with a damage of 1. There is a question about doing damage to "vulnerable opponent" (those with two tokens). Being vulnerable makes a monster defenseless, but does it give the attacking monster the buff or the target monster the nerf?
Should the "damage can't be reduced below 1" be part of the TA or part of the Blooded trait?
I did make a small change to the Intimidate power and to Change. I based my changes on the changes to the standard PAC, giving the monster Force Blast and Shape Change, two powers that don't exist in HorrorClix. But if there are no victims to move, and you are going to move a HeroClix, the closest is Force Blast. Though, despite combat Reflexes and Charge ignoring it, it is more powerful than It started out as, so maybe a special power is needed. I just don't want to fill up a piece with only special powers. As for Shape Change, it seems logical that the power that allows you to change forms is this. Again, I have the feeling it over powers the piece with something it doesn't have, meaning I am putting a want on there rather than interpreting.
All in all, think have the flavor without adding "wishes" to the piece. I'm not trying to upgrade it, just represent it. I want to do this for this and other HorrorClix pieces on a regular basis, posting this in a proper forum post, but am not certain the format or the procedures for photos there, whether people would enjoy it, if my analysis is reliable, etc.
