Hcrealms deleting Units

My dad and I recently got into Heroclix. We got a bunch of characters and we got them all into Hcrealms, but it took a very long time. We went to sign into the account on a different device, but when we finally got it to work, we found that the units page said we didn't have any characters yet. I refreshed the original computer's tab and the units we have disappeared. Is anyone else struggling with this issue? If anyone knows how to fix this, please let us know.
