i think the best wat to see this is if you add another power into the mix say you have hypersonic speed with willpower and add in the same scenerio you should take damage befor you finish you hs movement so it will kick in the willpower well after all other actions resolve....

I think you shouldn't resurrect threads that have been dormant for 8 years. A lot has changed in that time.
