What about the Nightstalkers. I loved them. THe were so great and I used them all the Time. I was so happy that I had 3. Ahh.. those were the days.

*** seething nights are very good figs there high defence and battle armor means that they can shrug off all of these ranged figs you guys speak of and in a turn or so he'll be on top of your fig and ruin his stats with a whopping 4 damage and then in another turn kill it,he has alot of life for a non-unique solid melee fighter and i love him because he is from the necropolis sect.

This is just my 2 cents

So hard to pick. You have Troll Arties**, Shamen***, Shades*, Steam Golems***, Nightstalker***, and, of course, you can't forget about Amotep Gunners***.

Nightstalkers I still use so... hmm, them and imps.

Most can be found in Unlimited so other then that it boils down to the Shade and ***Troll Artillerist. The shade gets my vote due to all 3 figs *,**,*** being very useful and I still think that the shade and mancatcher are the 2 best harrassers outside of a fell reaper, and in some cases beat the fell reaper. Most of all you still see the shade in use, post Striker the Artillerists are now useless.

I'd agree with the shade. It is the most used overall from the set. Gunners*** and artillerists would be tied for second.

The Death Merchant has an even higher defense, which is what counts when you have a speed of 8. I wonder why nobody uses them.

shamans are my favorite from rebellion, gotta love the ME and MH combo in their minimal point cost

me being an atlantean,my vote goes to ***amoteps and *** utems. utems are the cheapest melee figs around,nice attack rating,and 3 damage for only 14 points
