I thought tactics was awesome, but I agree that tactics advance is a bit childish/easy. As far as Orlandu is concerned, I actually didn't really use him much until the very end of the game, cause he was just too good. Ramza would still kick the piss out of him in a 1 on 1 fight, if you use Ramza correctly.

I've been playing FF12 lately, and it's pretty cool. Not really challenging, but a nice story and graphics, etc. I'm still on my quest to beat the Suikoden series, so Im splitting my FF12 time with that. I still need to beat Suikoden Tactics and Suikoden 5.

which system? there are some great emulators out there nowadays. at least for SNES.

I hated FF XII. Loved VI, VII, VIII and X. Liked I - V. Never played XI.

XI didn't seem like a real final fantasy game to me.

As night approached, the heroes plotted, trying to remember who there friends were. They knew they had to take action swiftly, but they didn’t want to harm any innocents.

Meanwhile, in the Kingdom of Baron…

A sorcerer in plate armor schemed with his lieutenants until a cloaked figure approached him. “Master, you summoned me.”

“Yes. Leviathan’s storm helped us for now, but Cecil washed up near Mount Ordeals. Do NOT let him reach the summit.”

“Yes, my master,” the cloaked figure replied. With a flash, he vanished.

Night 1 begins now! You have 24 hours to send in your PMs. If I get them all sooner, I’ll open the thread sooner.

I'm still missing some actions. If your role says you "may" or "can" choose a target and you don't send it in, I'll either make you target no one or I'll randomize your action.

If your role says you "must" target someone and you don't, I'll choose a target for you that is random or perhaps not so random.

This is night 1 and I'm still missing a couple actions. I'll extend this phase an extra hour, then I'm finalizing things and posting the writeup.
