None of your attacks seem within Cyborg's range for pc, so I can't argue any of them.
Vi on the never ending construct. Needs 6, rolls 9. It's out.
Volstagg charges to I19 attacking Algrim. Needs 7, rolls 9. 1 to him.
Arrow on Dreadknight. Needs 9, rolls 7. Cyborg makes it 5.
Cyborg on Pyro. Needs 7, rolls 9. 3 to him.
The Vision's replacement is next and I have some good choices here. Ultron is obvious; I even considered dusting off the Ultimates Vision/ Amazo is a thought...Red Tornado is a good thought...Ultron makes the most sense. I'll go with the female one who's sadly probably the best version out there. In B18 she coughs up a drone next to her. She attacks Pyro. Needs 7, rolls 3. Nico pcs that to 6. She outwits Pyro's perplex.
"Volstagg, old friend, how do you do?" Balder says holding off the Dreadknight.
"I could defeat Algrim with one hand," he replies, "Which is good because the other is open for some fine ale." He turns behind to see a puff of smoke.
Ultron appears with a miniature self. "I am Ultron of the Avengers," she tells Pyro. "This is my creation, I call him my Vision of Delight." The infant robot looks to Pyro and blasts a charge directly at him.
There's nothing wrong with your turn in the Avengers game, but at the same time, there was everything wrong with it.
With the replacements though, Violet can't attack the Construct, she's got no range. That sets up a domino effect where Volstagg, his move already halved by starting in hindering then halved again for Charging, can't reach Algrim with the Construct still there. Any other route he may go to get to Algrim, he either has to stop for coming base-to-base with the Construct, or it's just too circuitous for his reduced move. And if you don't move Volstagg, you don't get LOF to Dreadknight and Pyro.
You corrected your positionings last turn and put Violet and Balder in the same square in H18. Hence my confusion. I saw one figure basing the Construct and remembered Balder being there in H18. At the end of your turn, Violet's still in H18 in your recap, but not there on the map. As Balder was the one who moved, vacating the square, it makes sense that he was the one there. Meanwhile there's an unaccounted for figure in F19, which was where I thought Violet was all along. So what's correct?
Let's do this: Nico tks Vi to H19 and she can ko the Construct. Nico used pc this turn but now she can't.
Volstagg, Balder, Ultron, GA all have the same results.
I know the figures were all misplaced and I am not totally sure where they were. I think doing this corrects their placement issues. Shouldn't change Vi, Volstagg and Balder's moves/attacks.
For replacement number 1, I'll take Absorbing Man. I don't even feel the least bit bad for playing the LE. I need the help. Enchantress Perplexes his move to 8
He moves to B15
Wow. Zemo's Masters had a lot of close combat bruisers. Not so much for range. Swell. Well, Wasp's close enough to do something about anyway. Wrecker in next. If I'm going to play any of the Wrecking Crew, I suppose it ought to be him.
Enchantress TKs him to D15
He Charges to C14, attacks Wasp, AV11 on DV18. Gets 7. SS is 6. Sure wish I still had Egghead's Outwit. Hm, I suppose Zemo could have done it, but too late now.
Ultron to PB Thor, AV9 on DV17 +1. Gets 10. Almost makes up for Wasp's SS. 3 to Thor.
"A target that size, ye can't hardly miss," Banshee said, hitting Volstagg with his sonic scream.
-----------------------------
"You shouldn't have wandered so far away from your friends," Wrecker said, swinging his bar at the Wasp.
"I don't know," the Wasp said, deftly avoiding the swing. "I seem to be doing all right."
"Friend Janet!" Thor called out. "Hold on! We shall aid the 'gainst this miscreant!"
"You will be in no condition to aid anyone," Ultron said, hitting him with a powerful blast of energy.
Reminder that Hawkeye and Panther are mystics while Wanda is on board.
Wasp makes her dv 19. Don't forget she also has tiny size.

Algrim Sidesteps to J21, attacks Volstagg. AV11 on DV17. Gets 9. Volstagg himself blocks Cyborg's LOF. 3 with EW is enough to KO him.
Blue Beetle on Balder, Computo Perplexes his Damage to 4. AV11 on DV17. Gets 11. 4 PB to Balder.
Pyro Perplexes his AV to 11, Sidesteps to I21 to block Volstagg's replacement, targets Balder, AV11 on DV15, gets 10. This one Cyborg can PC. Gets 7. Enough still to KO Balder.
Pyro poops out a Construct and it moves to I19 blocking Balder.
Dreadknight Charges to E21. With his Lance Skewer, he can attack Ultron, AV10 on DV17. Gets 7. Blades is 4. 2 to Ultron.
I could only wish I were doing half so well in the companion game
"Volstagg, my old enemy," Algrim said. "It will be a pleasure to send you to Hel."
"Hel? Nay, surely so grand a hero of myself will enjoy the eternal feasting of Valhalla!" Volstagg replied.
"Oh? Well, you shall find out soon enough," Agrim said, dispatching the voluminous Avenger.
"Volstagg, my friend!" Balder cried out as he fell.
"If you're so concerned about him, why don't you go see how he's doing," Pyro said, sending a wave of flames washing over Balder. Even as the hero struggled to stand back up, the Blue Beetle shot him down for good.
Wasp tries giving an incap token to Wrecker. Needs 8, rolls 4. She ups her own dv + 1.
