Gargantua and I are continuing over teams thru history, this time with a twist.
Game 1 takes the Avengers vs. Masters of Evil. Both teams must follow their chronological order to get to 2500. If the player passes on a member they can't be used.
Game 2 uses the same team concepts but instead of the known members we are playing replacements; characters who have some similarity to the original.
There are special rules for the bridges (under the Map Rules link), but they'd work pretty well as you'd expect. Characters on the lower level can ignore the bridge when moving or drawing line of fire to another character on the lower level.

Are we really sticking with 2500 on this one? I'm thinking if for no other reason just to have the most potential fun with the replacements that we'd want to go higher than that. We could do 3000 easy and I'm thinking even 3500 might not be a stretch.
"Don't get me wrong, Baron," Melter said. "Not that I don't appreciate you breaking us out of prison, but did you have to bring the Avengers with you?"
"Fool! Why else do you think I freed you if not to defeat the Avengers?"
"Still, a few minutes to plan might have been nice," Whirlwind said.
"You? Plan? Please," Enchantress said. "You would need a brain for that. Leave the planning to Zemo."
"You accept the commands of a mortal, Amora?" Executioner asked.
"The Baron has proven his leadership ability," Black Knight said. "There is wisdom in following him."
"You're quiet, Wonder Man. Having second thoughts?" Zemo asked him.
"No, no. Of course not. The Avengers will fall today," Wonder Man said. But it seemed his heart wasn't really in it.
