Can surfer begen his move in souring and move down to hovering and attack while he has running shot?
For FLurry, does the 1st attack have to be made for the 2nd to occur? and do i wait till both attacks are done or take them as it goes?

2. not sure what you mean by the first part here. in order for the second attack to be second there has to be a first attack, logically. and yes, the first attack is fully resolved before the second one occurs, possibly altering DV or defensive powers and making the second attack easier or harder to land, or cause more or less damage.

Yes, they are no longer adjacent.

No. You can only Perplex a Combat Value (defined in the Glossary as Speed, Attack, Defense, Damage, and Range).

can super skrull,carrying psylocke and being therefore enhanced, running shot and energy explode a group of enemy figs for 2 clicks each?

I do not believe so. They are both actions according to the PAC.

Actually enhanced RS is possible. Psylocke would get put back on the board when the move action part of RS is completed. Thus Psylocke would be adjacent to Super Skrull when the attack is made and all of the Enhance requirements are being met.

Missed the part about EE when I first replied: RS affords you a ranged combat action, EE is a ranged combat action so this would work fine.
