Everyone within 6 squares of her is considered adjacent to each other for the purpose of the TA. Works the same as FF Kingpin's power for Sinister Syndicate if you're familiar with him
This, along with the rest of the HQGG JSA dials, is one of the first characters that goes on a JSA team for me. In addition to the trait, the Empower and Sidestep combo is so useful with all the close combat JSA. Surprisingly long dial too, thanks to the Toughness.
I literally just played JSA this past Saturday in a 400 Modern tournament.

total: 400 pts
I brought the small fairgrounds map with the obscuring terrain on it just so Wonder Woman's 6 square reach covers nearly the whole map when she stands in that central tent. Genius, huh?
