Not wanting to get caught the fleeing Criminal takes a pot-shot at the nearest innocent, luckily the fates were protecting the man that day, as quickly as the Criminal pulled the trigger the gun misfired causing the Criminal to yell in apin and drop the firearm.

Criminal pushes to attack M-17 bystander, rolls 3+5=8 for a miss.
KO'd Bystanders don't give any bonuses. The premise of the +2 bonus was that Shaggy Man was picking them up to harm them (like King Kong, for instance). After he's done said harm, he'll toss them aside.
They don't count for hindering, either. They're only on the board so you can try to get them to safety. Speaking of which, my original intent was that you'd have to go back to your starting area, and after reconsidering, I think I'm gonna stick with that. Like the Atom said, you're taking them to an ambulance, and most likely the ambulances will be on the side of the road away from the rampaging monster.
*Yeah, Arrow was at L-19; not sure where the typo came from. He also has 1 click of damage that I forgot to add.
"Oh no you don't," Green Lantern called to the criminal who was flinging his broken weapon aside as he drew a new firearm from his waistband. The Emerald Enforcer levelled his ring at the thug and as their eyes met Lantern gave a sly wink - a wink that said "Go ahead. Try it."
The thug wasn't interested in trying anything, however, and he turned to start running. Just as he spun on his heels, he ran smack into a giant green monkey. With a whoop and an "eek, eek," the monkey brought his gigantic symbols together around the goon and the ensuing crash of noise knocked the thug out cold.
"Good one, buddy!" Green Arrow called, as he got back to his feet.
"There's no time for that, you two!" Aquaman said, checking the vitals of a downed pedestrian. "Lantern, get these civilians back to medical attention stat. Atom, Arrow, help me wrap up the Shaggy Man so he can't try and escape before the authorities get here."
---------------------------------
GL running-shots to P-18 and shoots the Criminal; rolls a 4 (3 & 1) for a hit and 2 clicks/KO.
Atom Perplexes his movement by one, grabs the bystander at I-18 and hauls butt toward home.
Aquaman drops the LO, grabs the bystander at L-18 and runs.

*Alright, RB - who rolls to see if the Bystanders live or die - or do we make that roll at all since the battle ended before they left the board? Do they count as KOd, dead, or living (but still 10 pts to the villains)?
If fifteen turns haven't gone by, you can still try to get them off the board. After you do, tell me what they'd be rolling against and I'll do it.
I think this scenario worked out pretty good; what do you guys think?
I think it came out pretty good. Made it rough that the bad guys started right next to the civilians so they could take potshots for a few rounds before I could even get close enough to try stopping them - then add in the fact that I have to navigate through all kinds of hindering terrain to get the injured ones out and then go all the way across the freaking board! So, yeah...it was kind of a toughie. If there had been more enemies I don't think I could have made it.
On to the bystanders - Atom gets his out next round, meaning the hostage was out for 3 total. If GL can use TK to propel the last hostage to the safe zone, then it can get out on his 5th round, but otherwise there's no hope for him.
So one roll vs. 3, and either another roll vs. 5 (good friggin' luck ) or one dead bystander.
Well, since the TK on GL's dial represents him using his ring constructs to move people, I can certainly see him forming a stretcher with his ring and sending the person over there gently. However, the roll was a one, so she died instantly when the Shaggy Man hit her. The other one did survive, though. Thus, Agent_X got 35 points, and Lightshear got 50.
Since you're now officially done, would you like to do training? And Agent_X, would you like to be the villains for his training? If so, here's how training's gonna work now. Since we're not doing headquarters improvements now, we're assuming everyone has really cool holographic training rooms, or high-tech robots, or whatnot. To that end, should Agent_X decide to do this, he'll simply build a 300 point team of characters from any universe, good or bad; you can even do cheese teams, although it wouldn't exactly be smiled upon. (Unless Lightshear wanted to make that his specific "workout." Today's training: taking out the Hooker Bomb, or something like that. ) And then the whole JLA go against Agent_X's team. Hopefully this will be a good incentive for people to finish as fast as they can. Remember that these things end as soon as the next issue starts, so if you want to do this, don't put it off.
Glad you liked that scenario, Lightshear, and I have an idea for the next one that's also a little non-sequitor. It's kinda funny that I never play with any Indy pieces, but we may all be seeing a lot more Indy this time around.
