So has anyone managed to figure out why he only has 2 keywords and they're both for teams he was never on?

My guess on the keywords is it's a play on breaking the 4th wall by him on top of a game of Heroclix.

Tested him today. Really awesome... he with Doc Samson (for the combo), Caliban (free taxi) and Iceman (good ally with his Wall Marker) are a very interesting 300 points X-Factor team.

I don't get whats going on. Is this from a comic or some META 4th wall reality thing?

Still not an errata for the keywords?? They are obviously a typo, they pasted the kws of the precedent figure (Wiz Kid) who has the same. Bah.

Tomw you play him and realize he has +1 health to his plot points AND only takes the 1 damage when you are clearing tokens and have activated a plot ability!!!! THATS INSANE. For 70 points, this dude is a monster. And a discount NHP at that

With the power (-2) does the opponent in any way increase his values, for example the Range Combat Expert or does it refer only to Perplex?

The combat values cannot be increased through any game effects. They can be replaced but not increased.

This guy’s keyword debacle combined with the appeal of his shifting focus counterparts kept me from playing him for so long, but, after a few recent games, the shifting focus Deadpool figs are going straight into the “sell” pile to make way for this guy. At 70 points, he brings an incredible amount of value to the table, even a few years after release when power creep should have dulled his edge by now. He also plays like Deadpool more so than any other iteration. I always thought it was dumb that you needed a specific shifting focus fig to heal (total money grab by WizKids in retrospect), but this guy can heal every turn if he wants. All three of his title abilities are bonkers. His other powers are simple but appropriate, and his values are consistent. With a small asterisk for his keywords, this fig easily earned a place among my list of pieces that are designed darn near perfectly.
