Finally a dice manipulation figure we can all afford. Not as good as Q and Trelane but he is a lot cheaper and comes with outwit.

Dice manipulation in keywords that don't usually get even Probability Control, on top of it. Ok, I'm sure Justice League can manage some, but Detective and Reporter really needed a piece like this. Martial Artist is already a decent keyword, but they can still use this. Might be worth putting him alongside my TMNT, or even join the Foot Clan. I think Indomitable is really out of place here, though. The guy's a budget Dick Tracy, as much as I respect him. He'll need to be carried as well, if you plan on consistently making use of his trait, but that shouldn't be too hard in JL.
A fine piece to be sure. Always good to see pieces lower than rare get to be strong.

I wouldn't say indom is that crazy on him. He was tortured for a good amount of time and kept holding on. The question doesn't quit.

dice manipulation on a character that's NOT unique plus being the lowest in cost of the four that have it? I don't see this not being abused

This has become by far my favorite character. Roll a 6? Position him offensively. Roll a 1? Position him defensively. Nothing more satisfying than turning a 7 into a 12 (critical hit) during an attack roll. Super hard to hit with stealth and combat reflexes!

Question was a great character in the cartoon and an MVP on JLU teams.

Dice manipulation and Outwit or Perplex for 40 points? Sold!

But on top of that, he has Indom, combat reflexes, free smoke cloud, the JLU trait and the ability to do some damage of his own.

This is a steal for his cost, and a must have on any Justice League team.
