Dr. Frankenstein is a good character, but not accurate to the book, Frankenstein written by Mary Shelley in 1818. The book he tries to kill his monster, not help it. His downfall came from chasing the "fiend", the name Dr. Frankenstein calls his monster throughout the book, into the artic. He should have abilities that specifically weaken monsters, but he shouldn't be an attacker. I know this piece is likely based off a movie, but Mary Shelley made Frankenstein in her book, not movies and pop culture. Never the less, this is still a great character.

ASM has a Frankenstein's Monster for Doctor Frankenstein to use his perplex on and Frank's Monster has a pretty decent damage power that locks characters in place. The total for both character combined comes to 95 points
