Meaning of "//"

Hello! I know this may be a silly question, but what does "//" mean? I see them quite often in Special Powers and Traits.

It's just a separator between different powers or abilities on a special ability or a trait. To note that certain abilities do not work or not are dependent on other ones.

Yeah, it just separates clauses of unrelated effects in the same power/effect/ability, to clarify that they are unrelated.
