For his Special White Movement Power, that allows for 3 close attacks, with a maximum damage of 3. Since it does not say a total of 3 damage, I am assuming each attack can deal 3 damage. Is this correct, or can you only deal a maximum of 3 damage among all three attacks. If you can only deal 3 damage total from all three attacks, and you dealt 3 damage on the first attack, you would forego the remaining two attacks, since you would not be able to deal anymore damage from them, which would make the dial much less appealing, with only a 10 AV.
I believe it means the maximum damage you can deal for each attack is 3. So you can’t use empower or perplex to make all three attacks deal 4-6 damage each time because the maximum damage value is 3.

Forgot to quote you in my last reply. But yeah, he can only deal a maximum damage of 3 for each attack not for all of them together.
I prefer this 40-point (unimaginative) dial to use as "generic Carnage minions" when team-building over the actual the 30-point SVC011 "Carnage Minions". The extra clicks of life (with the self-healing potential) strikes me as being well worth the extra 10 points. If this is really supposed to be a 'named' Carnage Symbiote, I would have expected a little something more... such as Indomitable, or even a true range value. Those end-dial clicks remind me of an aggressive (current era) BST.
