I believe the pac says you do not need to succeed leadership roll to add +1 to action total so I won’t bother.


1) FREE tempest places water markers in I15, I14, I13, H12, G11

4) Static makes energy explosion with hob as one main target with spot taking splash, and white rabb as 2nd mt. Static deals penetrating damage against opponents occupying water terrain.

Energy explosion 10 to 18 17 and 17. 7 or higher hit hob and rabb
8 hits or higher hits all. Roll= 6. 6. Crit, so that will hit all and take 3 damage unless you’d like to ttpc.
