With the new rules coming, he'll be an even more useful call-in with the Ares ID than before. Super Strength will allow him to generate knockback, so it's not a wasted power on his dial. Very cool.

That guy is still a monster on his top dial. Do you think he could still be played, maybe with a little help to get Willpower or something ?

I think he works great as a vehicle pilot. I suggest the Arrow Cycle for Running Shot and Sidestep. Plus when the vehicle gets wrecked, he conveniently pops out on Charge + Super Strength and can grab the object.
