How can you take advantage of this trait?

the opponent loses the first turn and ... Whats Next? can counter some opposing power? I dont know

The first thing that comes to mind is that you have an ability to try some shenanigans with opponents' objects. There are not a lot of reliable ways to do this, but since this roll should happen after the map was chosen and objects placed it feels like it could be a thing.
