Sort of. If you have Cloaked, then your character can't be attacked (or seen) by range. But if someone runs up and stabs you (close combat) then now everyone knows you're there and can attack by range.

It's similar to Heroclix's Stealth, without the hindering requirement and it doesn't last.

Replenishes after every battle.
