@ fastcat I would submit for a ruling at the WIN.wizkids.com for an errata.

I would also treat the legacy card as an errata for the character in the interim before a ruling. So yeah as long as both parties are cool or go old school with the dispute ... roll a D6 4,5,or 6 & you win your ruling.
