Why does the comprehensive rulebook (that came out with this set), list autopilot as a retired ability and yet this has it? Makes no sense

While on the subject, did they change autopilot again? I was aware that in 2017 rules, you could have the vehicle take free actions even without a pilot and get no damage, or move without a pilot, having autopilot, and not get the damage, you would only get the damage if you did an action that involved an attack
